WINEMAKER NOTES
This 2007 Chardonnay displays brilliant hues of pale gold flecked with youthful green highlights. It has rich tropical mango and melon aromas layered with cream and toasty French oak notes, and juicy lemon curd and citrus-rind flavors finishing with well-integrated oak. Pair this Chardonnay with poached salmon with a beurre blanc sauce. Enjoy!
