The elegant Rosé of Shiraz is a whole-cluster pressed style Rosé. This technique is used to minimize extraction and preserve the beautiful light color. This wine is fresh on the palate, with lifted and crisp aromatics. The bouquet is filled with cherry, white pepper, a touch lavender and sea breeze while flavors of orange zest, wild raspberry and rose petal caress the palate.
