A dark purple in the glass, this 2017 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with beautiful dark fruit aromas. Rich barbecue flavors coat the palate with a touch of spice and molasses. A big, bold wine with complex flavors and structured tannins, the finish is long and lingering. This limited-production red wine pairs well with prime rib, a juicy steak or hearty pasta dishes.
On the nose, our 2016 Dry Creek Valley Merlot offers aromas of brown spice, cherry liquor, dark chocolate, and hints of bramble berries. The palate presents baking spices, like nutmeg and cinnamon, vanilla and dusted cocoa. This slightly caramelized tasting wine leaves you with a lifted and even finish on the tongue. Our 2016 Merlot is approachable and very enjoyable now, but will soften with age. Best paired with homemade hamburger, barbeque portobello mushroom with a balsamic drizzle, or a dark chocolate and blackberry dessert.
Petite Sirah is rarely petite and this wine will not disappoint! Overt notes of red plum and fresh grape dominate the aromatics with touches of chocolate and dried red fruits lending to the profile. The weight is medium bodied with a balanced fruit driven profile that ends with a chewy tannins and jammy fruit and black pepper notes.
The taste of our vibrant and bold 2016 Shiraz is just as beautiful and rich as the bright purple colors it shows. On the nose, you're greeted with powerful and tannin-forward notes such as spice and black pepper. With a pleasant softer palate, dense dark cherry and vanilla-maple gently linger. This wine will pair well with any barbeque dish.
Opening with notes of fresh berries, gingerbread, and cinnamon, our 2016 Zinfandel is a charming red wine. With smoothly integrated, velvet tannins, this wine offers flavors of juicy cherry-fruit, boysenberry, light black pepper, and hints of vanilla graham cracker on the palate. Our 2016 Alexander Valley Zinfandel pairs beautifully with fresh grilled burgers with goat cheese and arugula.
Our Rockpile Zinfandel is savory and supple with notes of dried figs, dark chocolate, and black cherry. Flavors of baking spices and plum greet the palate, leaving an intensely satisfying finish. This wine pairs nicely with wild boar & butternut squash stew, shepherd's pie, or wild mushroom lasagna.
Intense fresh currant fruit is dominant right off the bat, with touches of crème de cassis that are accentuated with light fennel seed and bakers chocolate notes. The color is opaque, almost black, and the palate is incredibly rich. The blend is rich with full, sweet, chunky tannins that coat the palate. Robert's Cuvée is a big brooding Bordeaux blend and is now aged perfectly for enjoyment.
Deep violet in the glass, the 2015 Cab/Shiraz blend offers aromas of black fig, black cherry and blueberry with notes of vanilla bean. Enveloping flavors of wild brambleberry and black currant mingle with hints of licorice and toasted caramel on the finish, due to the addition of Petite Sirah. Coating upon the palate, the rich mouthfeel is balanced with bright acidity and good structure leading to an insatiably long finish. Multi-layered with strong tannins, this wine will age well over the next 7 to 8 years.
Our 2015 Russian River Grenache is perfectly balanced with wild and fresh berries and hints of spice. Aromas rosehip jam, hints of rosemary, white pepper, and Mediterranean herbs greet you as you take your first sip of this mid-light bodied Grenache. With its fruit-driven palate, it leaves you with a light and spicy, yet fresh finish. This wine pairs perfectly with spiced dishes, like spicy lamb meatballs or Indian food.

Subtle notes of minerality and mixed red berries are displayed on the palate. The framework of this wine is delicate. The tannins are supple and have richness without being heavy or tannic in the mouth. Pure fruit notes carry from the aroma through the taste with a long, lingering finish.
This Merlot has a complex aromatic palate with notes of green olives and dried tobacco leaves and a touch of tea leaf. There is an inherent dustiness intermingled with notes of cedar and chocolate. This wine is medium-full bodied with pleasantly chewy tannins. Flavors of dried herbs, cedar and dusty nuances mix with olives and dried black cherries bringing a lot of nuance and depth.
